The aims and objectives of this 4-year part-time foundation course designed to provide students with a solid foundation in herbalism and the holistic arts, preparing them for further study or professional practice in the field are:

- Basic Anatomy and Physiology
- Basic Aromatherapy
- Plant Harvesting
- Tincture making
- Drying Herbs
- Using herbal teas
- Making cleaning products
- Making Creams, Ointments, Lotions Making and using Floral waters
- Making and working with Flower essences
- Growing Medicinal plants
- Understanding illness and Dis-ease
- Working with case studies
And more fun than you could imagine. All classes are on Sundays, one class a month and a delicious vegetarian lunch is included. The dates for these classes are

- November 9th.
You will have Homework and assignments to complete before the following month's class.

Free Plant Walks
Free plant walk, Discover all the native medicinal plants that are growing in your locality with Steffen. In this 1 hour 30 walk he will introduce you to the medicinal properties, folklore and sometimes magical uses of native wild plants growing right on your doorstep. We will be touching, tasting and in some instances gathering some to bring home for a nourishing tea.
